My baby girl *blacktigerfox brought over her set of 24 Prismacolor Markers when she came to vacation at my house for a couple of weeks, but we were so busy doing other things we never got around to play with them... So being the big sweetheart she is, she was kind enough to leave them with me to let me practice with them for awhile... I decided to try them out on this picture, which was a scrap of concept art I had cleaned up that got rejected as a proposition for my Senior Show work (Bill was too enamored by my people that he wanted me to just stick with them rather than bringing animal and fantasy creatures into the mix)... I have to admit that I...I love them...>3> They are oh so smooth and the COLORS, ohhh...D/// *melts* I'm still learning how to use them as I made quite a few mistakes (they're harder to get to blend than pencils and I kept picking up the wrong colors >:'x ), but for a first try I'm really quite pleased with it... Thank you love for letting me borrow the markers, I dedicate my first practice piece with them to you for your kindness...:heart:

Also trying out the "Request Critiques" thing on this for the first time... The reason being is because if any of you have any suggestions on how to use markers better (particularly Prismacolor), it would be a great help to me because I would like to learn as I plan to do more of these...:'3

So amazing!:wow:For your first time using the markers, it came out really neat and clean.

I've never used those type if markers myself but they sound like a lot of fun.:nod:

Gorgeous! The colours are so vibrant and beautiful. Makes me want to have a crack at markers, lol :D

They are to be honest, I definitely plan to practice with them again, but I'll probably wait until I'm able to get some better paper first...
